Welcome to better health with herbs and reflexology

As a dedicated member of the National Institute of Medical Herbalists (MNIMH) and a proud graduate of Middlesex University's herbal medicine program, I have spent decades honing my expertise in herbal medicine. With a comprehensive four-year degree and seven years of teaching experience at the University of East London, I am deeply committed to advancing the field of herbal medicine within a modern holistic setting. 

My practice at Neal's Yard in Covent Garden served the community for 12 years, but I made the decision to relocate to Finchley and adopt a more community-focused approach following the challenges posed by the pandemic. In addition to my herbal medicine qualifications, I am also a Member of the Association of Reflexologists (MAR) and a certified breath training and yoga breathing coach with the Yoga Alliance. These additional certifications reflect my commitment to offering holistic and well-rounded care to my clients. 

I am passionate about promoting the powerful benefits of reflexology, breath training, and yoga breathing techniques, which have a profound impact on our overall well-being. Moreover, my extensive experience in Vipassana meditation for nearly twenty years has further enriched my understanding of holistic wellness. I am dedicated to advocating for the recognition and widespread adoption of these powerful healing modalities, and I am committed to empowering individuals to take control of their health and well-being through these natural and effective practices.
