As a herbalist, member of the National Institute of Medical Herbalists (MNIMH), and a graduate of Middlesex University’s herbal medicine programme, I’ve spent decades cultivating expertise in herbal medicine. With a four-year degree and seven years of teaching experience at the University of East London, I am committed to blending traditional wisdom with modern, holistic practices.
After spending 12 years serving patients in the bustling environment of Neal’s Yard in Covent Garden, I relocated to Finchley, seeking to offer a more community-focused approach, especially in light of the challenges posed by the pandemic. My goal has always been to empower patients by helping them take charge of their own health in a way that feels accessible and personalised.
My Holistic Approach
In addition to my qualifications in herbal medicine, I am a Member of the Association of Reflexologists (AoR) and a member of the Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council (CNHC). I am a certified breath training and yoga breathing coach with the Yoga Alliance, These credentials reflect my commitment to providing integrative, whole-body care for my patients, with an emphasis on balance, well-being, and long-term healing.
I offer standalone treatments in herbal medicine, reflexology, and breathwork, so you can choose the therapy that best suits your needs. Each treatment is tailored to address your specific concerns — whether you want to focus on stress relief, pain management, relaxation, energy restoration or a chronic health condition.
While I often combine these therapies for a more comprehensive approach, each treatment can also be received individually, depending on what you're seeking. It’s entirely up to you to decide what works best for your health and well-being.
What You Can Expect
When you visit my clinic, you can expect a personalised approach to your health, integrating herbal remedies, reflexology, and breathwork that are specifically tailored to meet your needs. Whether you are seeking relief from stress, pain, or chronic conditions, or simply want to feel more balanced and energised, my goal is to empower you to take control of your health in a holistic, natural way.
Each treatment is designed to not only address your immediate concerns but also to foster long-term vitality and overall wellness. I strive to create a safe and nurturing space where you can feel heard, supported, and empowered on your journey to better health.
If you’re ready to begin your healing journey, I invite you to contact me or book a session today to schedule your first treatment. Together, we will create a customised plan to help you restore balance, reclaim your health, and live life to the fullest.

I held a supervision practice at the University of East London for seven years, where I provided herbalist training in London to undergraduate students on the BSc Herbal Medicine degree programme. My supervision and teaching for medical herbalists in the clinic setting included case history taking, physical examination, pathology and pathophysiology, differential diagnosis, pharmacognosy, therapeutic goals, phytochemistry and herbal prescription writing. I imbed both Latin and Greek into my teaching.
I can teach various courses in Further Education, including Introductions to Herbal Medicine, Aromatherapy and Health and Social Care. As a reflexologist tutor, I taught the ITEC Diploma in Reflexology and Professional Conduct and Business Awareness and Level 3 BTEC Anatomy and Physiology. I enjoy being an herbalist tutor in London and teaching other complementary health courses in the wider community. This includes community projects involving people of all ages and nationalities. I also teach herbal medicine to health and social care personnel to enable them to cater to a wide range of needs within the care setting.
I hold the City & Guilds PTLLS (7303) and CTLLS (7304) Teacher Training Certificates. Please get in touch with me if you want to discuss courses or teaching and herbalist training in London.
