What is the Vital Force?

Keeping the Vital Force flowing in a free and open state, is important to staying healthy.

The nature of the Vital Force is to flow in a free and balanced way. This means stimulating cells and tissue and the flow of blood, hormone, lymph and nerve energy. If this flow becomes congested blocked, excessive or deficient in any one place, the stage becomes set for dis-ease to occur. In scientific terms, the Vital Force pertains to Homeostasis. In Traditional Chinese Medicine, it is referred to as Qi (pronounced Chi).

What is homeostasis?

Homeostasis is the body's natural ability to maintain stability and balance within its internal environment. This balance is essential for optimal bodily and mental functioning. By striving to maintain balance and stability in all aspects of your life, you can achieve greater success and happiness.
